The Trap of Life
I smell the frozen night
Lost hope
chokes in my throat, oppressive and bitter
Straddling my shoulders
you throw punches
Who I will not be
I don’t want
To resist To endure
How can I?
To rewrite, unearthing death
between truth and lies
Once, I held the entire universe
mirrored in me
Astonishment Wonder Enchantment
It was stolen from me, slowly—
drop by drop, bleeding me dry
I fell into the trap of life
Will I be able to find myself again?
To find myself and then lose myself, again?
Indissolubly bound to you—let’s embrace, you bastard life!
Will I be able to end from the beginning (maybe)
